He excelled in the field and was rapidly promoted to general foreman after just 3 years and became a superintendent soon after. Manuel has run many high-profile jobs such as UCSD, USD, SDSU, Scripps, and Camp Pendleton to name a few.

He excels in customer communication, reliability, and a vast amount of hands-on experience to make sure the job is done right.
